As previously mentioned, Minna no Golf 5 will be receiving the Oceania Resort Course on April 24th after 12:00 Japan time. Seems they are going over time… The updates include:

• Oceania Resort Course Added.*
  * To use the course you will need to purchase it from the Playstation Store.
  みんなのGOLF 5 追加コース「オセアニアリゾートコース」使用権： 800円
• Special Participation Function.
• Trophy Function.

Special Participation prizes are lobby parts given to you for completing a Grade Tournament, which is supposedly an insentive for you to continue to play a round to the end. It is selected at random and you will not always receive the prize… but good idea there. Players who receive First, Second, Third or have completed the item list will not be receiving any Special Participation prizes.

Trophies are for First place winners of Grade Tournaments. You cannot wear them or do anything with them in the Lobby and they last for about 12 hours. Both the Special Participation and Trophies are not available in Grade Free Tournaments.
