Starting today, there will be G1 Tournaments Daily. So no more sitting around doing nothing… Ouch what a time for G1 to be released, I just started playing on a Full HD BRAVIA X-series. My impact is suffering alot haha… Also after playing on HD you just can’t return to SD. Hope I’ll be alright in the G1 Tournaments.

The official Clap Hanz website is down from October 20th to 22nd. So if you are visiting it and see it not working, well you’ll know it is down for maintenance.

Sorry couldn’t get to G1 to capture this event. But if anyone wants to see it, it is today, 23:00 on the first floor. The rules are 18H Euro Classic Back Tee Mirror with Suzuki Standard Club and Ball +2 Rough and +2 Bunker. Should be fun if we could watch it.

Maintenance just ended and I am logging on now. Unexpectedly a patch starts downloading… Let’s see what is updated.

 Update [07101101]:

• During Live Tournaments you will now be able to see player names.
• Top 20% is now displayed throughout the tournament.
• Before a Grade Tournament it now shows if there is prizes next to player total.
• Game Saves details about your tournament before a Tournament Starts.

Basically what this does is it prevents you from joining or registering for another tournament until the tournament you were playing is over.

What the… So I was messing around online and suddenly it all breaks. Then I end up with a screen which has both the Online Menu and the Lobby Menu.

Then I enter a lobby while entering the lobby character editing screen… and guess what… 🙂

As you can see apart from me having a 480i 13″ Trinitron Flat Screen TV here, I have the character editing screen up while I’m also in the lobby… I was capturing a video of it but then the game crashed when I pressed jump and cancel. 🙁 Should have moved around more. Oh well if it happens again I will get a longer video. Also I noticed having less people on the friends list speeds up the overall lobby performance, so I’ve deleted a few people who I have never met/played in game. Sorry if you were deleted, but if you still want to contact me just message here or search for my ID. 🙂

Just noticed the Minna no Golf Portable 2 Official site was updated. Well actually I don’t know if they updated this today or yesterday, but the site changed and now has the date of the release of Minna no Golf Portable 2! So for those who are looking forward to this game, Minna no Golf 2 is set to release on December 6th 2007. Hmm… That’s my friend’s birthday.

Starting from now, maintenance is scheduled for every Thursday from 10:00~12:00 Japan time. I’ll probably still notify if there is maintenance but it usually doesn’t seem there is a point unless it is an update maintenance. Other than that… With the Online Tournaments list, I don’t list every tournament for G3 as there is way too many of them compared to G2… if there is anyone who wants to help out with listing G3, feel free to post on the board about it… It’s not as hard as it seems since I built a simple web form to do it. Just requires time to walk through the floors and schedules. 😛

I’ve decided to create a list of the online grade tournaments for those who are into playing but don’t like searching for the tournaments. This maybe only temporary but I am also doing it for my personal viewing, as it is detailed and I can easily find what tournaments are available at what times during the day. Unexpected Emergency Maintenance underway with no time of expected completion… The servers have been abit stuffed since last night.

Update: They are back up now… but I won’t be around for a few days so anything that happens it won’t be covered or posted. 😛 While the maintenance was under way I uploaded some videos haha. This one is alright.
